In this episode of Big Ideas Theater, Felonda Parker, BHS, RRT, RRT-SDS, from Kaiser Permanente takes the stage to discuss “RTs Revolutionizing CPAP Adherence: How Technology is Improving Outcomes.” Parker explains Kaiser Permanente’s process of following up with patients after diagnosing them and putting them on a treatment plan.
Parker goes on to explain the respiratory therapist’s role in this complex health care system. Explaining that the RT is crucial in the Kaiser clinic, where they see over 2,000 patients a week.
