To help further leadership and professional development among AARC members, Dräger developed a scholarship for the AARC Advanced Leadership Institute. For the second 2023 scholarship, we are happy to announce that Gie Hartzog-Bunn is the proud recipient. Congratulations to Gie!
Gie is a registered respiratory therapist at Columbus Community Hospital in Nebraska. Gie also has over 15 years of experience in respiratory care.
The Advanced Leadership Institute courses provide real-world education for respiratory therapists looking to expand their knowledge beyond the clinical realm. The course, a foundation for career growth, focuses on education, management, and research. The scholarship, made possible through an unrestricted grant by Dräger, was available for the education or research track.
