The pandemic drastically affected the ability of respiratory care education programs to provide high-quality educational experiences. The program faculty and students adapted quickly in a variety of ways. This presentation will focus on the changes to clinical education during the pandemic and onboarding of new graduates into their new careers was affected. The panel will approach this topic from their unique perspectives in formal education, clinical education, and department leadership.
