As part of Big Ideas Theater 2018, Valerie David, MHA, RRT, RRT-NPS, AE-C, discusses Transformational Leadership and what makes such a leader.

In this episode, David explains that Transformational Leadership is a style of leadership where leader and teammate lift each other up to higher levels of inspiration and motivation.

“We need to be the type of leaders who are out there with our staff, motivating them, inspiring them, and lifting them up to that next level,” David said.
