Shawn Harper is a former NFL offensive lineman who played a total of seven seasons with the Rams, the Oilers, the Colts, and NFL Europe. He is now a powerful national and international public speaker, captivating, inspiring and motivating audiences to maximize their potential and take the steps needed to manifest their corporate and personal dreams and visions.

Mr. Harper has been a business owner since 2004, directing American Services and Protection, a successful security services firm in Columbus, Ohio. He is also a family man with a wife and a teenage son.

From the grit and sweat of the NFL to the power of the corporate board room, Mr. Harper applies his keen wisdom to lift others out of the “stuck” position and onto the path to victory. While most people focus on the application of success and leadership, Mr. Harper believes that you must evaluate your belief systems and make the changes that allow you to win from within!
