View the submission requirements here.

Summer Forum, our international respiratory education meeting, is scheduled for July 14-16, 2024, in the beautiful setting of Snowbird, Utah. Meanwhile, AARC Congress designed to enhance leadership skills, will take place from November 19-22, 2024, in vibrant Orlando, Florida.

The Program Committee is eager to review your proposals, and the submission site will soon be open. It will be open until Friday, January 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM CDT. Speakers will be notified of their submission’s status by May 2024 or earlier.

To participate, presenters should be available to speak on any of the days during the respective event dates. Your contribution will be invaluable in advancing respiratory care education and practice.

For any questions or additional assistance, please refer to the 2024 Request for Proposals FAQ or contact Annissa.buchanan@aaarc.org.

  • Before submitting, discuss your proposed lectures with your specialty section chair. They may be able to provide valuable insight as to what topics are “hot” within the section, which ones may no longer be relevant, and help avoid duplication of lectures. Current contact information for section chairs is available online.

We look forward to your submissions and the opportunity to continue fostering excellence in respiratory care.

Email newsroom@aarc.org with questions or comments, we’d love to hear from you.
