AARC member and Editor-in-Chief of the RESPIRATORY CARE Journal, Rich Branson, MSc, RRT, FAARC, FCCM, was featured in an article on MedPageToday.com about the problems inherent in purchasing portable oxygen concentrators online without a prescription, along with ongoing access problems for people who need an FDA-approved device.
