Joel Brown, chair of the AARC Leadership & Management Section, is the CEO and founder of Arrived Leadership, LLC, an executive coaching, consulting, and leadership development firm. He is also chair of the Board of Directors for Leadership Delaware, Inc., and he founder/executive director and chair of the Board of Directors for The Brojora Foundation, a scholarship fund that he and his wife developed for low-income children who plan to attend college.

Prior to his role with Arrived Leadership, Joel was vice president of Acute Medicine for ChristianaCare and chair of the Delaware Department of Professional Regulation’s Respiratory Care Practice Act Council. A former advisory board member for four local state and community college respiratory care programs, Joel was awarded the DSRC’s Senator Blevins’s Award for his work in advancing the practice of respiratory care, and the ARCF Fellowship Award for neonatal and pediatric therapists for his research contributions.
